The City Council of the City of Bagley, Iowa, will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at Bagley City Hall at 207 Main Street in Bagley, Iowa, on December 2, at 6:00 p.m., on the proposal to move forward with the readings and eventual adoption of the 2025 Iowa Department of Natural Resources Floodplain Ordinance.
All local residents who appear at said meeting shall be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposal. At the meeting, or any adjournment thereof, the City Council of Bagley will decide whether or not to move forward with readings of the ordinance for its eventual adoption.
