The City Council of the City of Bagley, Iowa, will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting at the Bagley City Hall at 207 Main Street in Bagley, Iowa, on December 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., on a proposal to establish a restricted residential district encompassing the entire city limits in accordance with the restricted residence district provisions of Iowa Code Section 414.24 and to adopt building and land use regulations.
All local residents who appear at said meeting shall be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the proposals. At the meeting, or any adjournment thereof, the City Council of Bagley will adopt ordinances and resolutions, as necessary, determining whether or not to proceed with the proposals.
